TIPS FOR THE PREVENTION OF SWINE FLU

DON'T FALL FOR THE FEAR FACTOR, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES WANT YOU TO BE AFRAID OF A FLU EPIDEMIC SO THEY CAN MAKE MONEY. MANY POLITICIANS ARE MAJOR STOCK HOLDERS IN THESE COMPANIES.  YES THERE IS THE FLU, BUT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY CAN AVOID THIS SO CALL EPIDEMIC.

Your healthy immune system is the best way to avoid all sickness and disease. Eat right, exercise, rid your body of harmful toxins and have your spine adjusted regularly.

Remember the only portals of entry for the flu infection is through the nose, mouth or throat. To avoid the proliferation of this infection, follow the few steps below.*

1. Frequent hand washing. Avoid shaking hands whenever possible.

2. Avoid kissing on the cheek or other face to face contact as a greeting method.

3. Avoid public handles, phones and pens.

4. Carry hand sanitizers.

5. Use antibacterial soap for extra protection.

6. Keep your hands off your face.

7. Use disinfectants such as Lysol in your home on telephones, door handles and high traffic areas.

8. Gargle twice a day with warm salt water (use mouth wash ie: Listerine if salt is a problem. This is a simple, inexpensive preventative method to avoid proliferation of the infection.

9. Clean your nostrils at least once every day with warm salt water, or blowing the nose hard once a day and swabbing both nostrils with cotton swabs dipped in warm salt water is also very effective in bringing down the viral population.

10. Boost your natural immunity with foods rich in vitamin C. If you have to supplement with vitamin C tablets, make sure that the tablets also contain Zinc to boost absorption.

11. Drink warm liquids and plenty of water. No water bottles in the freezer. If you don’t have a filter system at home and you are purchasing water, try and find water that has a 3, 5, or 7 leach rating.  You will find this number on the bottom of the bottle inside a small triangle. Plastic can leach into the water and cause harmful affects to your body over time.

The human body cures itself when supplied with what it needs to maintain health and keep disease away.
